Only your own account, only with consent
Aria accesses the messages, contacts and profile names in the WhatsApp Business account you connect — after you authorise it through Meta's official sign-up. It never touches anyone else's account.
Used only to power your CRM
Your conversation data is used to build and run your client book and the assistant that acts on it — nothing else. It is never repurposed or shared with other customers.
Isolated and secure
Your data lives in your own private workspace, encrypted, never pooled with other brokers, and served over HTTPS. Messaging runs over the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API), with Meta as a processor.

Consent-first, and in your control
You connect your own WhatsApp Business account, you decide what Aria does, and Aria only ever works for you — one broker, one private workspace. The WhatsApp sync is read-only: it reads your conversations to build your CRM. Outbound messaging happens only through campaigns you explicitly approve, using message templates approved by WhatsApp, sent from your own business number — and leads who reply STOP are suppressed automatically. You remain responsible for messaging your contacts lawfully and honouring their opt-outs.

How does Aria connect to WhatsApp?
You connect your own WhatsApp Business account through Meta's official, secure sign-up for the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). You authorise the connection and can disconnect it at any time. Aria is a third-party software provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta.
Can Aria message my clients?
Only when you tell it to. Day-to-day, Aria drafts replies for you to send yourself. If you run a re-engagement campaign, your Sales Agent sends WhatsApp-approved template messages to the leads you selected — after you review and approve the campaign. Campaigns never send without your approval, and STOP replies are honoured automatically. The one exception is opt-in: if you switch on "Aria replies as me" for a conversation, Aria can answer that client directly (see the next question) — and you can switch it off at any time.
Can Aria reply to my clients for me?
Yes, if you turn it on. "Aria replies as me" is off by default. When you enable it — for a specific conversation, or as your default — Aria answers clients who message you, from your own WhatsApp Business number and in your name, inside WhatsApp's 24-hour customer-service window. You can turn it off per conversation or globally at any time; STOP requests are always honoured. Outside the 24-hour window, approved template messages are still the only way to message a client first, and campaigns still need your explicit approval.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your conversation data is used only to build and run your own CRM, in your own isolated workspace. It is never pooled with other brokers, never sold, and never used to train third-party AI models. See our Privacy Policy.
What does it cost?
Standard is AED 499/month (or AED 4,990/year — two months free). The first 50 founding brokers get AED 249/month locked for life, by invite. Agency plans from AED 1,499/month for brokerages. Full details on the pricing page.
How do I delete my data?
In Aria, go to Connections → Delete my data — this disconnects WhatsApp immediately and deletion completes within 30 days. You can also email support@aria-app.dev. It's free. See Data Deletion.
