Getting started

Your first week with Aria

Last updated 15 August 2026 · Aria

Aria runs in your browser. Sign in at aria-drea.fly.dev/login with your invite (Aria is invite-only for now). The Mac desktop app is optional and on its way; nothing below needs it. Work through the steps in order. Most brokers finish steps 1 to 4 on day one.

  1. Connections → Connect

Meta's official Embedded Signup opens in a window. You sign in with your own Facebook login, not ours; Meta uses it only to identify your business. Keep the phone that owns the number to hand. Near the end Meta shows a QR code to hand over your history; that is Meta's own screen and it is normal.

Straight afterwards, add a card to your WhatsApp Business Account at business.facebook.com → WhatsApp Accounts → Payment settings. Without one Meta accepts your sends, reports success and never delivers them. Nothing warns you.

Aria then reads up to six months of your 1-to-1 chats (read-only; group chats are never included) and builds your client book: one card per person, with notes and a Hot, Warm or Cold status. Full walkthrough: Connect your WhatsApp.

  2. Clients

Aria pulls in everyone you spoke to, and not everyone is a client. Open a card and press Remove from CRM. Tick Never add this number again for family, friends and suppliers so a later re-sync does not bring them back. Hidden contacts sit in a list at the bottom of Clients and can be added back with one press.

Then add your own note to each real client: what they want, budget, where the conversation stands. Aria and the Sales Agent read those notes before they do anything.

  3. Sales Agents → Templates

An approved template is the only way to message someone first outside WhatsApp's 24-hour window, and Meta reviews each one, which takes hours to days. Submit the two or three you will actually use in week one now (a re-introduction, a new-launch note, a viewing follow-up), or ask Aria to draft and submit them for you.

  4. Sales Agents → Training

Write one plain paragraph of standing rules, the way you would brief a new hire: which areas to push and which to avoid, how you qualify a buyer, your tone, and words never to use. Then press Test my agent and read the PASS and FAIL verdicts. Fix the brief and run it again until it passes.

Keep Aria replies as me switched off until the test passes. It is off by default, it is set per conversation, and you can switch it off at any time.

  5. Team Activity → Group chat

You only ever talk to Aria, in the main chat. Behind her sit Reem (market analyst: DLD data, valuations, the Money Test), Maya (social media), Omar (marketing: client documents, brochures, ads on your own ad account) and your Sales Agent. They work with each other in the group chat, and you can drop a line in there addressed by name.

Nothing is ever sent to a client without your approval, and anything that spends money is created paused for you to switch on.

    • Ask Aria for your morning brief: what needs a reply, who has gone quiet, what changed overnight.
    • Ask for rents, prices and yields for any area or building. The numbers come from registered DLD data, not portals.
    • Ask for a payment-plan PDF or brochure from the Project Library before a viewing.
    • Ask for a Client Space link when a buyer wants everything in one place.
    • Message Aria on WhatsApp, through your connected number, when you are away from the screen.
  6. Meta scores your number on how people react to your messages, and a poor score quietly costs you reach. Five rules cover most of it:

    1. Only message people who genuinely enquired.
    2. Start small and build up. A new number starts at 250 new conversations a day.
    3. Say who you are in the first line.
    4. Give an easy way out and honour it instantly.
    5. Never send one identical text to hundreds of people.

The full guide, including what to do if your rating drops, is at How not to get your WhatsApp number flagged.

Before your first campaign

Do not send until all three are true. Each one on its own has cost a broker a week.
